How do I purchase a document?
Simply browse the Categories and Products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order and make payment via PayPal. Please ensure that you enter your correct email address.
How are the legal documents delivered?
All our individual documents are available for downloading as soon as your payment has been received via PayPal. We will send a download link direct to the email address specified on Checkout. Access that link to download your document. If you have any problems please inform us and we will email the document(s) direct to you.
What format do the documents come in?
The documents are produced in Word (.doc) or Adobe (.pdf) format. Hence you can update the Word documents using word processing software and then print or just print documents in Adobe format.
What operating systems do you support?
Our documents are set up in Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF format. They can be accessed using most operating systems, whether you use Windows, Mac, Linux or other operating system our documents will be compatible. What if I fail to download my document or documents?
After your purchase you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This email will also contain a link or links (if more than one document is purchased) to your document. You can download the document by using the link within the email. You need to cut and paste the link into your browser to receive the document(s). Even if you fail to download your document, contact us via email and we can simply email an identical replacement document directly to you.
How long does the link in the email remain active?
The document link or links in your confirmation email remain active for 11 days after your initial purchase.
What if I do not receive the email?
This rarely happens, but it can happen if an incorrect email address is supplied at the time of purchase or your ISP has email problems at the time of your purchase. Please contact us if you do not receive your confirmation email with a link to your document and We will simply email your document direct to you.
What if I have a query either before or after a purchase?
